Tenant Handbook 

Hours of Operation


Business hours for building operation services are provided during the times specific to your lease, but are generally: 

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (HVAC only)

Services outside of these hours may be arranged for by contacting the Management Office by 4:45 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) or by submitting a Tenant Service Request. 


Building Holidays 

Brookfield buildings typically close on major holidays as established by the federal government to include the following: 

  • New Year's Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day 

However, each Tenant Liaison should consult their specific lease clause. If any conflict arises as to the above Holiday schedule and your lease, your lease terms prevail. Please call the Management Office to make sure the appropriate building services are provided.
